Beloit College released its annual Mindset List for incoming Freshman. Some of the more interesting facts include:
They have only known two US presidents.
Carbon copies are oddities found in their grandparents’ attics.
They never played the game of state license plates in the car.
They have never heard anyone actually “ring it up” on a cash register.

The Internet offers students many primary resources. A new FREE resource is now available for Public Libraries and K-12 schools. Access NewspaperARCHIVE requires that the school district sets up an account and it is free for use. Here is a quote taken from their website:
